Here at Primal Floors we realize that building any tile job on a less than perfect foundation can be followed by years of problems. Simply put, job preparation is everything. Many businesses will skimp on quality setting materials because:

• they do not want to incur more cost to themselves
• they have had poor training and poor experience in the field, or
• they have not had the experience working with the good and bad products to know the difference

We understands that it is also important to keep up with the technological changes in the field. This means knowing the recent products that are available, and understanding how to use and install these products. Having the latest tools and equipment also plays a huge factor in the final job results.

We currently uses lasers for the layout of our jobs, the quick drive stell screw system to secure our cement underlayment followed by the taping of all joints, and the most advanced wet saw in the ceramic tile flooring business. Because Primal Floors understands all of these points we use the best tools in the industry along with high end setting materials used the way they are intended to be used.

We like to have the peace of mind that our tile installations are superior and will stand the test of time, and we want our customers to share that same feeling.
